Gridview rowupdating was not handled

There is a very simple validation business rule: the record should have filled either Person Name or Company Name.(I know that this rule can be implemented in the Row Inserting event, but there are more complex rules that is not easy to implement there) When the rule is violates, inserting of new ASPx Grid View row fails with unhandled exception.Neither I don't want to create and store the object manually in Row Inserting event handler - it would depreciate advantages of bi-directional data binding.I've created (and attached) a sample solution with a very simple Object Data Source.
